Katie Pilbeam is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable television presenter, with a wealth of live studio and on location broadcasting experience.

As a versatile news presenter, Katie has anchored and reported for Reuters TV,

IG Group, RT International, London Live, The London Stock Exchange and Proactive Investors.

She has anchored rolling news coverage of global terrorist attacks such as the Charlie Hebdo and Sydney Café ambushes, the Iran nuclear deal and Fifa corruption scandal. And provided live market analysis in the aftermath of the UK’s vote to leave the EU.

As well as anchoring, Katie has presented special feature shows from the Red Square in Moscow, the Sochi Winter Olympics, the World Economic Forum in Davos, the St Petersburg Economic Forum and the Shanghai Financial Forum.

Combining warmth and authority, Katie is an engaging interviewer. Her interviewees include President of the European Central Bank Christine Lagarde & Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and celebrities such as Steve Carell & Rowan Atkinson. As well as politicians in the news, including Boris Johnson, Sadiq Khan and even US President Donald Trump while presenting at the Miss Universe competition in Moscow.

An NCTJ qualified journalist, with a degree in English Literature and background in newspaper journalism, Katie is highly motivated and adaptable with experience of self-shooting and editing to tight deadlines, as well as writing scripts and sourcing guests.
